Sunday, June 30th, and the Erie Canal is still closed because of flooding.
So, the First Mate gets "in character" to motivate us for a road trip!

. . . . . . helped transport us to the days of our youth . . . . . .
. . . . . . back to the summer of '69 !
The Village of Woodstock has appropriately chosen "the guitar" as its symbol of civic pride . . . . . .
. . . . . . reflecting the "artistic" side of the community . . . . . .
. . . . . . and, as the local wine store has done, exploiting the "commercial" side !!
Sitting outside a local Head Shop, these musicians appear to be "on a mission"!

The day ended perfectly when the "Dairy Queen" met the dairy cows!
